- Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and runs through midnight. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—ask at reception.
- Identification & Age Requirement
A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room.
- Payment & Deposit
Payment is due upon arrival unless pre-paid. A credit card pre-authorization may be taken to cover incidental charges. No cash deposit is required unless stated in the booking terms.
- Cancellation Policy
Flexible cancellation terms apply to most bookings—typically free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Exact terms depend on the rate selected and will be shown at the time of booking.
- Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Some room types can accommodate extra beds or sofa beds—availability must be confirmed in advance.
- Pets
One pet is allowed per room for an additional fee of €15 per night. Advance notice is recommended.
- Smoking Policy
This is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, hallways, or public areas.
